1.2 Once an order has been packed it cannot be canceled or amended and the order must instead be returned to us in accordance with paragraph 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no influence. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us. Of course you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
An early refund is possible no earlier than 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods do not arrive.
1.3 Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are triggered immediately after they have been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund before receipt of the goods is only possible up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our returns policy forms part of these terms and conditions under which you may access and use our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can email us stating which product you would like to return and return the product to us. The cancellation period is 15 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
2.3 Returns and costs are at the expense and risk of the customer.
2.4 The product must have been received by us in order to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.
2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is properly packed. The product must be unused, the product labels must not have been tampered with and the product must be in the original packaging. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the product.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm your return. After we have sent you confirmation that your return has been approved, a short-term refund will be made to the account used to place the order.
2.8 The revocation is complete when we have received the physical goods.
